I keep things simple.

I lift weights. I go for long walks with no technology. I eat simple food. I train a lot of jiu jitsu. I don’t watch (much) TV.

I read a lot. I try to read things that make me smarter. I also try to read things that make me smile.

I create things. At the minute I write a lot. I design a lot. I ignore my phone a lot. I avoid drama and negative people. I try my best to avoid stress.

I meet my friends and just talk. We don’t watch TV together (or maybe we do sometimes), but talk about stuff. Sometimes serious stuff, sometimes funny stuff, sometimes stuff that makes you think. We don’t look at our phones when we’re together.

I do things that are simple to do that are good for me. I do them over and over, every day.
